FBGT Training Workshops
The FBGT institute offers two training tracks - one for those with a curiosity about how the method works and an interest in some of the topics. It also offers a pathway to different levels of training, ranging from introductory levels through to supervisory. Levels are taken in sequence. Contact us for more information about training levels.
About the training sequence
The training sequence is at several different levels.
There is an FBGT Introductory level 1 course, involving a one-day workshop giving an overview of FBGT.
Further levels require all prerequisites from previous levels.
Level 2, FBGT foundations is a three-day course on FBGT practice. It can be taken virtually or in-person
Advanced Level 3 involves taking specialist classes in FBGT as well as a year-long consultancy that meets bi-weekly to review cases as a group
Level 4 involves having already become proficient and now moving onto Supervision. It involves consultation on supervision cases for one year, meeting twice a week
A la carte classes can also be taken, some of which will count toward
Levels. Check which courses fit with your Levels before signing up.
Experiential classes are also offered. These involve joining an FBGT group as as an experiential group member. Groups are offered either over fifteen weeks, virtually or in-person or in a longer sequence over several days as part of training Levels. ​
